That is why every order from Evergreen Growers is backed by our buyer protection guarantee: you will receive your plants happy, healthy and as described, or we will make it right. As a working nursery that grows its own stock, we stand behind every plant that leaves our benches.
You will receive a full refund if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, usually within 5 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. If your delivery is running late, get in touch and we will chase it up for you.
If your plants are significantly different from the description, you can choose a full refund, or a partial refund and keep the plants. Because these are living plants, this does not cover minor blemishes or slight colour variation in the foliage or flowers, which are a natural part of growing real plants.
If your plants do not survive for 30 days from the date they arrive, you can choose a full refund or free replacements. This guarantee applies when the planting and aftercare instructions in our tube stock growers guide have been followed, because healthy establishment depends on the right planting, watering and positioning.
Yes. Our guarantee applies to all plants we supply, including tube stock, provided the growers guide instructions are followed.
No problem. Send photos of the affected plants and we will refund or replace just those, not the whole order.
